To this end, the Company has established and properly operates a Personal Information Protection Management System in accordance with the Japanese Industrial Standard “Personal Information Protection Management Systems — Requirements” (JIS Q 15001).

This includes not handling personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purposes of use and implementing measures to ensure such compliance.
  1. When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party, it will exercise the necessary and appropriate supervision over the contractor to ensure the secure management of the entrusted personal information.
  1. The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned, except where required by laws and regulations.
  1. The Company will take appropriate measures to prevent and correct the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
  1. The Company will strive to respond appropriately and promptly to complaints and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information. The Company also accepts requests for disclosure, etc. of retained personal data (including notification of the purpose of use, disclosure—including records of provision to third parties—correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use or provision, and deletion).   1. The Company will continuously improve its Personal Information Protection Management System.
