SalaryMonthly salary: from JPY 300,000, plus various allowances and bonuses twice a year
• Salary will be determined in accordance with company regulations, based on experience and skills.
• Overtime pay will be provided separately.
Working Hours• 9:00–18:00
• 8 scheduled working hours per day
• Break: 60 minutes
• Depending on the schedule of events or the nature of the work, employees may be asked in advance to adjust their working hours.
• Early start or reduced working hours may be available due to family circumstances, subject to application and approval.
Holidays & Leave• Full two-day weekend system, Saturdays and Sundays
• If employees are required to work on a holiday, a compensatory day off will be provided.
